Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations please contact the us via contact us on tech@artitainment.in Requests received later than 15 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

Refund policy

At Emppire ™, the member/User cannot claim in any refund of hearts purchased. All type of hearts are non-transferable and non-refundable in nature. The Users shall be required to provide to Emppire with other ‘know your customer’ details, including payment mode used, Drivers License, Passport details and/or any other Government Identification Proof in cases of account verification. This information will be held and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Emppire assumes no liability for purchase error, trial versions, hearts purchased for the wrong device or platform, promotion codes or discounts not provided at the time of purchase. We will not be liable for any errors on billing statements issued to the User by his/her carrier. Emppire assumes no responsibility on any network issues due to which the User may not in any case be able to access/use Emppire Applications.

Application Decommissioning / Retiring

Emppire will not be liable to refund / reimburse and a Member / User cannot claim any refund of coins purchased / used in the event of the decommissioning / retiring of the application by Google play store or Apple iOS Store.

Amendments

We reserve the right to change or amend the Terms of Use at any time. If we do this, we will place a notice on the website / application or notify you by any other means we deem appropriate in our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check the Terms of Use on a regular basis, including, prior to using the Services. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms of the Terms of Use
